I ordered a Blue Ox Alladin tow bar from them on 7/24. Hammered card immediately. No communication from them, so called and found out it was backordered. Would ship the next week, didn't. I got a tracking # from Fedex yesterday 8/23 and call from Blue Ox dealer indicating it was shipped.
I had contacted another dealer and asked about availability. He said he had 100''s on backorder. So I guess itss a faactory probem, but some communication wooulld have beeen nice.
