I have used both. Nelson sells the Heartland Big Horn's. I gave the sales guy a copy of the bid sheet I received from an internet dealer in Indiana and Nelson wouldn't come under $10,000 of that bid. The savings paid for quit a nice trip to pick up the trailer. The warranty work that Nelson's did was terrible. I can think of only one thing that was corrected with just one visit and I had to drive about 60 miles one way to get there. I finally talked with Heartland and they said I could use an independent and they would reimburse approved work. After CW opened I had them install our washer/dryer combo and they replaced a converter after the warranty had expired. Both were done with appointments and accomplished satisfactorily. They do have hook-ups there but you should confirm availability.
