I have considered offering to team up with an RV park to construct cabins at a savings to the park owners.
Also, tiny houses are increasing in number and if someone some place wanted to make a small community of tiny houses, I could certainly help him/her accomplish that. I think a small community of tiny houses should be excellent in a college town where the kids were looking for a less expensive home for themselves or themselves and one more. Also, if somehow funded, it could be fantastic for the now homeless people.
