I replaced the foam in one of my cushions where we always sit, about three years ago. took the old foam out and took it to a company that manufactures seating. The new foam was pretty firm and it was a struggle to get it in, but it was better. However, the fabric also started to wear and the seams were starting to come apart from the higher pressure of the new foam. Read on a posting on RV.net about buying cushion replacements from the original manufacturer and found that one of mine did still have a tag with the manufacturer's name. Contacted them and was able to buy all new cushions for both sides for $350. They no longer had their original template so I sent my covers to them to use as a template. They did a great job.
