We are about to leave for a 5.5 month trip and are taking our dog, I have been wondering about leaving the dog in the trailer. Your note is a great idea and I think we will follow your lead on this and do the same. Thanks for posting it!
If our dog ends up being an issue, we will take it with us and alter plans as necessary.
