First experience at RV park was a terrible one- please help

Perhaps that is hear say, I apologize, but that came from our neighbor. He told me that himself. I am not sure how it was intercepted, but the only thing I could think of is that either, they sent the email to the local office, thinking they were sending it to corporate, or corporate simply sent it to the local office to let them deal with the email. Restaurants I have worked in do that.
