The fastest way to air down your tires is with a valve core remover.
No other device that you purchase will deflate the tire as quickly.
When you get down to around the pressure that you want.
Use a good compressor to reinflate your tires. If you have an RV you'll need about 90 to 110 PSI. So i'd recommend getting a VIAIR.
But if you have a truck or passenger vehicle that only requires 35 PSI then you can get a smaller compressor like the 88P on Amazon.
