I was as shocked as you are about Pull rites customer service. The funny thing is I still have the parts list from my original 16K Super glide purchase. I was able to compare line items and the parts are identical. I thought something probably changed so I measured each part. Identical! Anyway I am loosing the focus. I just want everyone to understand the situation and Pull Rite’s response. The reason for for a new adaptor kit in the first place is because of the DEF system that is now required for all Diesels.
