I ordered a Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar Cover in early Nov. . I let 3 weeks go by before contacting them. First I tried emailing, no response. I called & talked to someone who said they would check on the order & call me back. No call back. I waited 2 days & called again. She said it was back ordered & should received an email stating so. I thought about it & Called again cancelling my order. She said I should get an email saying the order is cancelled & see a refund on credit card. No email & no refund. I just get a recording for last 5 calls. I just called the CC & they will contact them about a disputed claim. I called the number on the credit card statement for prohitches.com. I got a non working number recording.
I wish I had read this post before ordering. This has nothing to do with Roadmaster products, only a bad company selling them!
