I have a 3500 Ram diesel longbed and run 80# in rear tires and 74# in front while towing. 74# is something I pulled out of the air because I wasn't sure what I should be running in front while towing. I run 60# all the way around when not towing.
I've only recently been towing the 5th wheel. About 2,500 total miles. The rest of the mileage has been used towing a TT with a 1,000# of tongue weight. Same air pressure used for that setup.
The difference in tread ware is noticeable to me because I'm looking for it but maybe not so if you were just casually or mildly interested (kind of a stupid sentence).
