It is my insurance company, National General. I can NOT recommend them, after this experience. As I said, I am now going to deal directly with the at fault driver's insurance company. The NADA retail value is 22,000 to $26,000, so they are within that range at $23,000 offer. For a one year old vehicle that hasn't been used much I feel they are lowballing me, particularly as neither they nor I can seem to find a used 2015 Heartland Sundance 245 xlt for comparison. Instead, they are using larger heartlands and reducing the value, it seems to me, arbitrarily.
