The last offer was $23,072 less $500 deductible. From what you are saying I don't trust them to get me back the deductible. I also don't remember what the MSRP was, but it was a 2015 Heartland Sundance, and we added a battery. Do you think this is a fair offer? Can I at this point go to his insurance company with this quote or a better one if he comes up with one and ask the other drivers insurance company to pay it, thereby getting around the deductible?
