If it were me I would set the ball at that height or a skosh higher depending on the hole placement. You won't drop much in the rear with 400-500lbs on it. Remember too that the dry pin number is probably without a battery. Typical G24 RV battery weighs around 45lbs. Fill the propane tanks and you'll have close to you needed 10% tongue weight.
If it were me I would order a Blue Ox 750lb WD. Easy to setup and use.
