Things may have changed a little, but I know for sure that after 18 years in CG (SP, Fed and private) that it has a lot more to do with me and my age. I find myself saying "those kids don't know anything" "they are rude" "they have no respect for their elders". Then in the back of my mind I hear my parents saying the same thing about my generation. Funny how things go round and round.
