Having a background in EE and also doing a lot of research (some pretty deep), I am surprised that the cost of GOOD PSWs is still as high as it is. Many designs are more than 10-15 years old. Nothing wrong with that (assuming that they work well), but there are better, less expensive electronic parts available these days that can do the same job.
