We have those reversible cheaopo plastic mats they sell everywhere for around $49. They're something like 12 X 16'. Just hose them off, let them dry and roll them up. We have ours since 2008 and they're still in excellent condition. No mold. Mud and sand rinses right off. No odors. And they're great to use under those First-Up gazebos.
