- AvaExplorerI currently use an Adco cover on my motorhome but used a free standing metal framed cover to park my old trailer under. A drive under cover is the best as you have full access to the rv as well as full coverage protection.
- ScottGNomadMy ADCO always kept the TT clean. It was a joy to take it off in the spring and find a shiny rig waiting for me. (and our winters are WET)
My old TT still looks like new including the graphics. I attribute that all to the ADCO cover that's on it 6 mos of every year.
As for getting it off, that's the easy part. Getting it on is a 20~30 minute wrestling match. - RGar974417ExplorerI have tried RV covers and my issues are they let the water and dirt through and the trailer is messy when you take it off. I haven't found one that lasted more than 3 years. So for the past 5 years or so, I have bought a large tarp ( 30 x 20 ) and cover it with that. You can't just fasten it with the grommets alone. I bought 2 or 3" strapping and go completely over the top and under neath. Then use grommets to keep it stable.I pay about $60 each for the tarps and get a year or 2 out of each one. A lot cheaper than trailer covers and your rig looks cleaner in the spring.
- jungshinExploreri use an billboard tarp. they are giant, and cost about $45.00 off CL. overlap the front back and sides of my 32' RQ class c
- ScottGNomadI used an ADCO for many years before it was finally so eaten up by mice (never got in though) that I tossed it. I'll probably buy another one in 2017.
If you get into the trailer at all during the off-season, I suggest getting a 'custom" ADCO. That way you end up with a door or doors exactly where you need them. - SoundGuyExplorer

OP back, Another question on the covers, how hard is it to take off?
I have a number of things to fix in the camper over the next few months so the cover will be coming off a lot.
It's a pain in the butt ... but it is what it is, easier with two people, one on the roof and one below to help prevent it from snagging as you pull the material up on to the roof. Same for installing it - much easier with two people. I've only ever used mine for winter storage - put it on once late fall, remove it once early spring - no way I'd use one during the camping season. - rjsurferExplorerOP back, Another question on the covers, how hard is it to take off?

Ron W. - Dick_BExplorerI use a Sunshield tarp with silver on the one side and black on the other and flop it depending on the season. It covers the top and part of the sides depending on what size you buy.
Try this source: http://www.coversuperstore.com/Sunshield-Silver-Black-Poly-Tarps/ - SoundGuyExplorerIf you're willing to pay the cost there are a number of manufacturers who offer custom fit Sunbrella covers but I've always used less expensive generic fit ADCO covers and have had no issues. Each time we changed trailers I easily sold the cover I had and put the proceeds toward a new one of the correct size ... works for me. :)
- BiaggioExplorerVery happy with my ADCO cover, available at Amazon. Keeps my RV clean and protects it from the sun in South Florida. Doesn't leave chalk like marks like others I have used.
