Resorted to the phone, and after 1 hour and 14 minutes on hold we got our reservation. The person helping said Chrome was the best browser to use. Would be nice if the website would mention that.

Firefox has problems. My techie son said to switch to Chrome. Even the much despised Yahoo is better.
I would often have problems accessing my bank website through Firefox. And Safari a few times.
