With all of the dissatisfied users, of which I am one, out there, has anyone found a page, link or contact where we can voice our displeasure? And maybe put some pressure on the powers responsible to get this mess rectified.
I know I'd appreciate the info of someone to complain to, and/or at least make them/him/her aware of this terrible "improvement" and/or cost saving measure that doesn't work.
