Yes, you are. All the same ULSD diesel Has been for a few years now. The only difference is the red denotes non tax offroad. That is it.
ULSD is basically **** anyway. needs lubricity additives to function properly in older injection systems.
I use Archoil myself but that is personal preference on my part. Your mileage may vary.
