Ain't it great in PA. Since the Jan 1 tax increase, I have bought exactly 1/2 tank in the state and all the rest across the border.
In my neighborhood, road work is beyond belief, here is just one stretch of road this past summer:
1. A portion of road was to be paved, but a culvert pipe was found to have running water from a spring, so a Golden Gate bridge needs to be engineered. In the meantime, it is rough from partial construction.
2. Another ancient bridge was to be replaced, but the signs were removed and the project is on hold because of the next item farther down the road.
3. A brand new bridge has concrete that didn't pass inspection and will be completely torn out and replaced. I guess the concrete wasn't inspected at the time it was poured.
