Red diesel on vehicles on the roads?

and...as bad as you have it in PA, you don't want to come North to New York State. If there was way to tax the air the we breath, they would implement it! (They may still be working on that!) If any of the schemes of additional forms of Fuel and road taxes that some other states are attempting to implement come to reality, New York State will surely jump on that wagon! If there's a way to implement a tax, fee, permit or regulation on something, New York will do it!
