You own your truck, the State owns your tags. As stated previously, you have the right to say ‘no’ to the search, the State has the right to remove THEIR tags and let you have your truck towed to YOUR private property.
If you want to operate a vehicle on public roads you must comply with certain laws, period.
Or do you think you can stay inside your truck and tell the LEO’s you haven’t had anything to drink or don’t have any drugs and therefore your 4th Amendment rights means they can’t search your ‘private property’ or your ‘person’ either?
I am amazed at what kind of silly excuses people come up with to avoid folowing the laws..
Lately there are even morons caling themselves sovereign citizens thinking they can drive without having licence or insurance etc..
