Keep in mind these rules were written with commercial vehicles in mind. Those of us that have driven trucks for a living understand that as soon as you sit behind the wheel of a commercial truck, you give up most of your rights. Including the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. In the mind of the authorities, all truck drivers are pill popping, crack shooting, drunkards.
