Those little gussets should help a lot to stiffen up the side to side movement. 2x2 tubing to the underside of the bottom flange also helps. They'll do anything to save weight I guess.
It would be nice to be able to look at the underside of frames to see how they designed and welded the cross-members but they're closed up with the coroplast so you can't see a thing. I've seen a few photos of 2x2 from left to right I-beams just tacked in place. Then you add some side to side movement and you'll get some cracks.
