Hi Guys Reese shank has 2 ratings - 1000 lbs and 1500 lbs Says depends on pin placement on hitch. Which rating is for which pin hole?

1000# for pin hole that gives longest length to ball mount.....back hole
1500# for pin hole that makes it the shortest.....front hole
(The more that extends out of receiver hitch.......the less it can carry)
