Sounds to me like they have heard this whole story before from other customers, and are taking the approach of, "hey....some parts are going fail in the field.....part of doing business".
Poor way to run an operation IMO.....but hey what do I know. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them.
Sounds like chi-com steel is about as good as chi-com round black thingies.....;)
