You are absolutely right, especially when you take them out of context :) When the OP thinks the hitch ball should be pointed perpendicular to the ground and we say the angle the ball makes to the ground does not matter, we are right (the reference being the angle the hitch ball makes to the ground needing to be 90 degrees). The amount of weight being transferred was not the basis of the remarks. The way you portray the posts as being wrong confuses the OP. In that thread, the OP was referring to the issue as negative tilt.
