Back pain shortness of breath and a nagging cough are indicators of congestive heart failure for my mother in law while shooting pains down her arm indicated a heart attackin my mom. My dad's speach would get messed up which were TIAs? I think that's the initials, mini strokes. Bottom line as we get older we need to pay attention. Not everyone gets the same symptoms, call your doctor or get to the emergency room.
