you have enough propane but the fridge will also need 12-volt power. any chance you can leave ith TT plugged in? if not and you have more than one 12-volt battery, they're in good shaoe AND fully charged you might make 5-days. you'd be better off if there's a way to plug the trailer in or at least put a battery charger on the batteries.
