To the OP. The answer to your question depends on your batteries. With a pair, or better yet two pair, OF GC2, odds are you will be OK provided you plug in promptly at the end of the trip... I doubt the charging system will be able to keep up however. Recommendation:

Get one of those luggable "Jump Start" battery packs, i'd recommend at least 750 Peak amps, if not 1000.. That way if the batteries run down too far you may still be able to hook up and operate jacks and slides till the converter finishes it's job. I had to bring in slides on a class A with just the converter the other day.. Took 3 men.
