Refund while government shutdown

I lost four days for myself and four days for my daughter due to the shut down. I received the refund in my bank account a couple of days ago. be patient, you called it that they are busy.
In retrospect, when T Mobile overcharged me by 400.00 it took a month and a half to get it credited back to my phone account (never did actually return the money but gave me only store credit for it)
