What a rip that is. Michigan permanent one time lic plate fee. 0 to 2499 lb is $75.00. 2,499 to 9,999 is $200 and over 9,999 is $300. If the trailer is sold, the new owner then has to buy his permanent plate. It's permanent but actually permanentish. There is also sales tax when it changes hands.
