It is really sad that in some states/provinces you really get hit for RV registration, in other states/provinces you get to skate with extremely low or one time plates.
While this may sound strange I think Oregon has a very fair system/rates. We pay about $200 every two years for our 32' 5er, with 60% of that $230 going to the State Parks system. The fee is based on length not value.
