I'm in Utah too. I just registered mine for about $160-$180. Now, my trailer isn't an expensive one but Utah uses an aged based system for vehicle registration costs, not value based. I'm curious how yours was over $700.
I have a 2004 40 foot diesel pusher. They have tables that tell them what to charge based on the year and model.
