Remove love bugs after they have been on for a while
Have a friend that didn't remove his love bugs right away. Any suggestions of how to get them and the residue off? Thanks for all the suggestions

I'd still start with wet dryer sheets. They do a great job, even with a little elbow grease, up to a point!. If it has begun to oxidize, I've had success with Turtle Wax rubbing compound. If those buggers stay on too long and bake in the sun, paint & chrome become pitted.
