Right angle grinder with a slitting disk makes it EZ-PZ.
Forget the HF JUNK.
I needed a angle grinder for home use, bought 1 from HF. After the 2nd exchange, I took the front apart and put grease on the gears. Has worked for years.
OTOH, a Matt gas torch will heat those small nuts.

Many times you can break the nut loose by working it back and forth rather than brute force. With a wrench or break over with socket, try to turn in loosen direction, then tighten, loosen, tighten, and back and forth. Usually after a few times you will begin to feel it move a little. And then more. Until it finally comes loose. And yes, soak it first.
That does sometimes work, but a impact on the nut is better to break it loose, and less likely to break it off.

When you have the new parts installed, spray Fluid Film on the springs and related hardware so you don't have a rusty mess again. Re coat annually, it only takes a few minutes.
A dab of anti-seize close to where the nut will seat will let it come off with no more maintenance. Keep pins greased, never need to take it apart again.
