Just to balance the input (OP here), I went with the $69 Basic ($10 off of the original $79), as it still gives me unlimited towing. I have coverage for our car through Farmers and if the coach is going anywhere I will be in it. My bride does drive it without complaint but she will never take it by herself. We really don't need the concierge service but they still will do the trip planner service for free with the basic plan. This saves me $90 a year by skipping services which while nice to have we simply do not need.
I still think the ERS from Coach Net is head and shoulders above anything you will get from GS and the posts on this Forum continue to reinforce that belief every week. Basically we all "pays our money and takes our chances" but with CN I like my odds a lot better.
