I think you are going to have to create an LLC to shield your personal assets from any potential issues. You'll probably have to "sell" the trailer to the business also so that it's no longer your personal property. Next talk to an insurance agent that specializes in insurance for small business.
There's a place near where I live that only has a handful of trailers, pop-ups, and RVs for rent but he seems to do a thriving business. I wish you well on this.
