I hope someone who does that will chime in. But I doubt we have anyone doing it.
You obviously will need insurance. All businesses need insurance. Even if you were willing to ignore the value of the RV that might be lost, your main concern should be with liability. You need to be covered if someone damages others property or even kills someone. You know they will claim it was your faulty equipment that caused their collision. And you will be obliged to prove that you had maintained the equipment properly, maintained by qualified technicians, and well you get the idea.
I don't see it working with just one unit to rent, but wish you luck. The broker you worked with previously might be the best way to go.
