Interesting concept. I would look at parking it in a mobile home park and renting to people who need a short term stay. I think once you had it in a permanent place, then you could insure it just like any other mobile home. Check with your insurance agent before proceeding. I do notice a lot of fifth wheels parked in mobile home parks in my area. Keep us posted on how this endeavor works.
