Another option would be to rent a seasonal site in a popular campground, set up the 5th wheel on the site for the season and rent it out. Many campgrounds are now renting trailers and 5ths and charging big bucks. Many only rent on a weekly basis during the high season.
It eliminates the need for the renter to have any specialized equipment. The road hazards of having inexperienced people pulling it around are gone and the insurance would be simplified.
You of course would need the consent of the park.
Good luck, with a good business plan maybe you could pay for your new rig with funds from renting the old one!
