To expand on that idea, you could do it as a "trailer spotting" type business, if you are near campgrounds, and have time available to do the spotting. Basically you haul the trailer yourself, to the campground of you and your customers choosing, park it, level it, and then pick it up after the "tenants" leave. The fact that it is a TH works against you on that.
The fact that it is a TH would work for you, if you went after construction sites, engineering worksites, or businesses that provide security. The garage makes a decent office space. You would do the towing and setup with your truck.
