Having worked for one of the RV rental companies as well as truck rentals, be aware of the following:
Charge a big cleaning deposit, and be prepared for people to return units filthy to a degree you never thought possible. Think crime scene.
There will be damage, develop a relationship with a body shop / RV repair shop or develop some skills.
Be prepared to "write off" these vehicles after 1-5 seasons, if you keep them rented out the wear accelerates tremendously.
Be prepared to go get one from time to time. Renters get sick / injured / have family fights and may abandon a vehicle.
As been mentioned, insurance is very critical & develop a thick skin.
