Seriously though, I would not with one I used, but if I had two others that I didn't use why not? I know from owning 6 rental properties in the past its all about how you screen the renters, and require a large security deposit. On the properties the lease I used would screen out most of the douchebags, the high deposit most of the rest. Doesn't always work, a few will slip through the cracks. It will take some work on your part but you're retired. There is no equal opportunity woke krap renting RVs, at least here, so if you don't like what you see, and feel. Go with your gut. You could always tell them No.
