I probably wouldn't rent out my current RV, but I do own 2 right now and I like smkettner's idea of renting out the old one. I'm also starting an RV inspection business, so I could sell the Monterey to the business and use it there to do trailer inspections, for which I'd need a tow vehicle at least to power up the rig I'm inspecting. Rental income goes to the business along with the expenses.
