I'm sure you will have to get a business license with the state and go though all of that...
Then your business will have to pass all of the requirements etc... the same as the local hotel business would have to do...
You would want to be a corporation so you can't personally be liable for things...
sounds like alot of items to go through to make a few bucks... They have attorneys for all of this... Probably not for a RV NET question and answer forum
