No way I would do it personally. I don't even really want relatives using my TT when Im not in it. And I really don't want anyone else sleeping in my bed. Even with clean sheets, Im just kinda weird about that I guess.
I saw a news segment about someone who rented their house out on AirBnB, and the place was trashed, and someone broke into a solidly secured closet (with hasp and lock) and stole all his belongings. Naw, not interested in doing anything like what you're suggesting.
