The only ones I've heard about being successful (in our area) were RV dealers adding to their rental fleet with RV's owned by individuals.
And that usually DID NOT work out to good for individuals but pretty good for RV dealers.
But then again in your case somebody can keep an eye out for you. And RV is not driven around. I would also run this by an insurance company first. And you probably already know what WA state thinks about it.
