Forgetting about what can go wrong, forgetting about what will happen inside, forgetting about all the costs you are not considering, how much do you really think you can get a night renting out a +/- 300 square foot dwelling parked in someone's yard? It would be smaller than a hotel room, so the rent will have to be less. It won't have all the amenities of a hotel room, so factor that into the rent.
Is your location spectacular? Those rentals you read about where people get multiple hundreds of dollars a night sure are. They are in San Francisco proper, Manhattan (the island in New York, not the college town in Kansas). They are Oceanfront, lakefront, Riverfront, not fronting a highway in a small town. They are custom homes, not suburban tract homes a couple of hours commute from the city that is the attraction.
If you are located like the vast majority of people in a boring suburb, or in a small town somewhere, the AirBnB money isn't going to flow in. Add in the fact that most people use AirBnB expressly to get larger accommodations than a hotel room and you are going to be hard pressed to get any renters, much less make any money. (If your RV is parked on your Fifth Avenue Penthouse Balcony overlooking Central Park in NYC, forget what I just Posted)
